Mlinzi is an estate security platform for residents and guards - guest control, gate operations, and everyday community safety. Our partnership centred on product experience: a calm entry point, role-based journeys, and mobile-first tools that work at the gate and inside the home.
The product opens with a clean role choice - continue as Resident or Guard - so every user lands in the right workflow immediately. Residents get a home dashboard for guest registration, estate services, safety, payments, and SOS access. Guards get gate-focused duties and visitor logs. The interface is deliberately quiet: soft surfaces, strong burgundy accents, and large tap targets designed for real estate operations rather than decorative dashboards.
